We are experiencing some issues with our phone lines affecting inbound calls to the practice. The queue buster has been disabled and we are waiting an engineer to come on site. The patient central team are doing the best they can using a backup phone solution. You can still use the prioryCARE form and attend our reception desks if needed. Please be patient with our staff as they are working extremely hard in difficult circumstances. We will update our facebook page if things change. Many thanks. 

Updating your details

It is really important we have your correct contact details so that invites are sent to the current number/address. We often use text or email so a mobile phone number and email address is very useful.

The easiest way to update your contact details is to use the prioryCARE online form, choose general enquiries > update contact details.

You can also phone us on 01904 404100 or walk in to one of our reception desks to update your records.
