The prioryCARE form is now working as normal for prescription requests.
A reminder, we will be closed bank holiday Monday 5th May. You can use NHS111 24/7 over the long weekend.
Edit 2pm 30th April. The prioryCARE form is now available for prescription requests as normal. The prioryCARE form will not be available 28-30th April for repeat prescription requests. Please use the NHS app or SystmOnline account (available 24/7) or you can request your repeat prescriptions via the prescription boxes based at our reception desks or post us your request if easier. > Prescription requests can take up to 5 working days to be processed at the practice and sent to your pharmacy. Please ensure you order in good time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
