Physiotherapy & Podiatry

Patients can self-refer to the musculoskeletal (physio) service via the Your Physio website. The website has a number of useful leaflets and videos about joint and muscular conditions and it guides you through the self-referral process.

The NHS podiatry service in York and Selby locality is provided by the Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust via White Cross Court and other local community clinics. Priory Medical Group

There are ongoing phone issues at Priory Medical Centre affecting incoming calls to the practice. We're experiencing an intermittent fault where the phones are connecting / disconnecting at regular intervals, when connection is lost its either cutting patients off or dropping the call for a period of time. X-on (our cloud based phone system provider) have been out and done a full investigation of the their equipment and have established that there is no issue with any of the hardware located on site, the issue is outside of the surgery and likely caused by a problem on the BT network, X-on have escalated the fault to BT and we're awaiting an update on this. Our patient central team have alternate arrangements in place, using other lines to support our patients who call us. If you are able please use the prioryCARE form to reduce the phone traffic through the practice where possible - you can request appointments, prescriptions, fit notes and much more.
