Diversity... is the recognition and valuing of individual uniqueness and differences in beliefs, abilities, values and identities.
Inclusion... is creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, respected, valued, and able to participate fully and be their authentic selves.

The Five Commitments
- Inclusive and accessible recruitment: Review and improve recruitment processes to be inclusive and accessible to disabled people.
- Communicating vacancies: Promote vacancies to encourage applications from disabled people.
- Offering an interview: Offer an interview to disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job.
- Providing reasonable adjustments: Anticipate and provide reasonable adjustments as needed for disabled people.
- Supporting existing employees: Support existing employees who become disabled or develop a long-term condition.
