We have renamed some of the tiles to make it clearer what lies behind it.

HR Support, Staff Wellbeing, and Complaints is now called HR Support & Staff Wellbeing

Patient Access is now called Patient Access, Requests & Support

Patient Compliments & Complaints is now called Patient Feedback

Clinical Procedures & Guidelines is now called Support for Clinicians

We have added a link to information about the NHS Vaccination Schedule to the Patient Access, Requests & Support page.

We have added guidance on how to use the new AaGlobal Interpreting & Translation Services to the Support for Clinicians page. Note that AaGlobal is ICB funded and has replaced any previously used interpreting service. Please do not use Language Line anymore.
