Dear all,
NHS reviews are now a thing of the past so I suspect more patients may take to Google to leave feedback. Most GP practices nationally score between 2-3 stars on Google and it can be really hard to identify who has left them. We routinely reply to all reviews, either thanking the patient for positive feedback or signposting to patient experience email if they have left something constructive/negative.
If a patient asks to leave feedback, there are a number of options

Feedback box in all reception areas

Formal complaint (can be emailed/posted or fill in a form)
