17th Sept - we are having intermittent issues with our internet and computer systems. This is affecting practices across the city. N3i, the IT provider is working on an urgent fix. 10am most sites are now back online and the prioryCARE form is on for now - we may need to turn it off again later today. Update - to keep our teams and patients safe we have turned off the prioryCARE form. We have reached our urgent capacity for the day. Please contact NHS111 if you have an urgent problem or contact us another day if non-urgent.

To see any changes to opening hours or site closures, please always check our news page.

Community Diagnositic Centre (CDC)

NHS England have now commissioned community diagnostic centres to carry out a range of diagnostic tests. These tests include ECGs, blood-taking, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring and some breathing tests (spirometry and FENO). Our closest community diagnostic centre is at Askham Bar run by Nimbuscare.

You can read more about the local CDC in Nimbuscare’s CDC booklet here

Patients can book an appointment for a blood test by calling 01904 943 690 - there is no need to collect blood forms in advance as long as the practice have added a form to your records.
