We will be closed over the Easter bank holiday weekend:

Good Friday 18th April
Easter Monday 21st April

Please request all repeat prescriptions in good time next month ahead of the long weekend. Please try and request your medication 10 days before the long weekend to ensure our prescription admin team have time to process your repeats.

The prioryCARE form will not be available 28-30th April for repeat prescription requests. Please use the NHS app or SystmOnline account (available 24/7) or you can request your repeat prescriptions via the prescription boxes based at our reception desks or post us your request if easier. > Prescription requests can take up to 5 working days to be processed at the practice and sent to your pharmacy. Please ensure you order in good time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
