WEEK COMMENCING 23RD DECEMBER: Monday 23rd - Park View and Victoria Way surgeries will close for the afternoon Tuesday 24th - Park View and Victoria Way will be closed all day. Lavender Grove will close for the afternoon. Friday 27th - Park View and Victoria Way will be closed all day. During these site closures, clinical and non-clinical staff members will be moved to nearby sites. This is to reduce the number of staff working in isolation and to bring staff together during this busy period. Patients will be able to access care as normal using the prioryCARE form, calling 01904 404100 or attending a nearby surgery site.
Patients are able to request repeat medication 3 weeks early this month. Please try and request before 10th December to allow our prescription admin team and community pharmacies enough time to process them before the bank holidays.
