Update at 6:15pm - all systems restored. IT systems are down across the practice (and we think surgeries across York). Please bear with us as we cannot use any of our computer systems currently. The prioryCARE form has been turned off as the teams cannot access the system to look at cases. If you have an urgent issue please contact NHS 111 or be aware that our reception and patient central teams will not be able to access your medial records. N3i, our provider, are aware and working on a solution. We will update you further as we have more updates.

Bank Holiday Weekends
Ahead of the long bank holiday weekend the prioryCARE form turn off at 2pm on Friday 2nd May and Friday 23rd May. If you have an urgent problem between 2-6pm please call us on 01904 404100.
w/c 26th May we have some site closures to ensure safe staffing numbers at sites:
- Tuesday 27th - Victoria Way closed all day
- Wednesday 28th - Lavender Grove and Park View closed for the afternoon
- Thursday 29th - Rawcliffe Surgery and Park View closed for the afternoon
- Friday 30th - Park View closed for the afternoon
NHS111 are available 24/7 over the long bank holiday weekends.
