Bank Holiday Weekends
Ahead of the long bank holiday weekend the prioryCARE form turn off at 2pm on Friday 2nd May and Friday 23rd May. If you have an urgent problem between 2-6pm please call us on 01904 404100.
w/c 26th May we have some site closures to ensure safe staffing numbers at sites:
- Tuesday 27th - Victoria Way closed all day
- Wednesday 28th - Lavender Grove and Park View closed for the afternoon
- Thursday 29th - Rawcliffe Surgery and Park View closed for the afternoon
- Friday 30th - Park View closed for the afternoon
