Stroke or TIAPatients with a diagnosis of stroke will have an annual check of their blood pressure to ensure it is in a healthy range. They will also have a medication review to ensure they are on the correct medication and that all the necessary annual blood tests are up to date

The prioryCARE form will not be available 28-30th April for repeat prescription requests. Please use the NHS app or SystmOnline account (available 24/7) or you can request your repeat prescriptions via the prescription boxes based at our reception desks or post us your request if easier. > Prescription requests can take up to 5 working days to be processed at the practice and sent to your pharmacy. Please ensure you order in good time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
