PMG is a veteran friendly practice. The veteran friendly GP practice accreditation is a programme run by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and NHS England to recognise and support practices in delivering the best possible care and treatment for patients who have served in the armed forces. If you are serving in the armed forces or a veteran there are dedicated support services to help you with a variety of problems. You can let us know you are serving/veteran by using the prioryCARE form and choosing the "general enquiries" tile, you can also call up or speak to one of our receptionists. Some useful resources below or see our website.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
What is EDI?
Equality... is ensuring everyone has the same rights and opportunities, regardless of their background or identity.
Diversity... is the recognition and valuing of individual uniqueness and differences in beliefs, abilities, values, and identities.
Inclusion... is creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, respected, valued, and able to participate fully and be their authentic selves.
Inclusion Statement
Priory Medical Group (PMG) believes strongly in the power and importance of inclusion. We want our service users, carers, staff, and partner organisations to be able to access our services, buildings, information, and communications in ways that are most appropriate to their individual needs. This includes proactively identifying and removing barriers to access, both in patient services and within our workplace, ensuring everyone is supported to participate fully and equitably.
