Priory Medical Group (PMG) believes strongly in the power and importance of inclusion. We want our service users, carers, staff, and partner organisations to be able to access our services, buildings, information, and communications in ways that are most appropriate to their individual needs. This includes proactively identifying and removing barriers to access, both in patient services and within our workplace, ensuring everyone is supported to participate fully and equitably.

Did you know, If it's not safe to talk you can call 999 from your mobile then dial 55. Your call will be transferred to the police. They will try to help you using simple yes or no questions. If you are not able to talk, listen to the questions and instructions so the person on your phone can arrange help. If you call 999 from a housephone / landline and say nothing, your call will be transferred to the police. They will be able to help you, and they will be able to track your location.

Edit 9:30 am all back up and running. ☎️ We have some technical issues with our phone system affecting our call centre and Priory Medical Centre phone lines. Please expect the waiting times to be longer on the phones. Where possible use the prioryCARE form or you can visit our surgery reception desks. Our internet and phone provider are working on a fix and we hope this to be resolved as soon as possible.
