community nursing

The PMG Community Nursing team in partnership with the NHS NYY District Nursing team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Working exclusively with housebound patients the team offer; nursing care, initial and on-going assessments, assessments for continence and assessment for some equipment requirements.

Visits are normally made between 08:30 and 17:00.
