A key part of modern general practice is the management of chronic diseases including asthma, diabetes, chronic pulmonary disease, and Vascular Disease.

Priory Medical Group has highly trained specialist nurses in all these areas of chronic disease management. Chronic pulmonary disease and Diabetic specialist clinics are held at all surgeries.

We are currently developing our vascular disease service and will be running specific vascular clinics in the near future.
